Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

I ship from my studio in Colorado, as well as from my printing partners in the U.S. If you order more than one item, it may be fulfilled through multiple shipments, and you will get a notification for each shipment. I do my best to make sure you get as few shipments as possible. 

Order processing may be delayed during busy times of the year, such as major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please place your order early to ensure that your items will arrive in time! 

 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the actual cost to ship to you from my studio or from my printing partners. 

 

International Shipping

Orders ship to U.S. addresses only.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at hi@jacalac.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

 

Refunds and Returns

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective or damanged items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at hi@jacalac.com.
